In 2003 I started my personal Yoga practice. During a visit to India in 2012, with an intense Yoga, meditation and Yoga philosophy daily practice, I fell in love with this ancient practice. I finally felt understood. I found my place and knew that I wanted to share this wholistic healing practice with as many people as possible.
For me Yoga is not just a form of exercise or a series of postures. Yoga is a way of life, a philosophy of being. It’s just as important how you live your life off the mat as what you do on the mat. Yoga is wellness/healing/therapy for the body, mind, and spirit. I enjoy teaching a variety of Yoga styles, Vinyasa Flow , Yin Yoga, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and giving Thai Yoga Massage treatments. My classes are a conscious combination of breathing technique, creative asana practice, and soothing relaxation. I also incorporate my intuitive practices and training, such as Reiki, Shamanism, Aura and Mediumistic work into my Meditation sessions and Yoga Thai Massage treatments.
Since 2013 I have been enjoying teaching full time in studios, with private clients, at festivals, for hotels and companies, as well as workshops and retreats. I am registered with Yoga Alliance International as E-RYT 500 and YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider). In March 2019 I opened my own studio in Luzern Switzerland – LIV lab, where my team and I teach a variety of Yoga, Meditation and Wellbeing classes and workshops.

Yoga Nidra - the path of selflove (EN)
This ancient meditation technique allows you to release yourself from the physical body and enter into your pure being. Bianca will guide you through various visualizations from which we will enter a deep state of meditation, relaxation, and arrive at higher states of consciousness. Through Yoga Nidra the practitioner can experience release of emotional and physical blocks, increased energy, awareness of ones hidden or forgotten truth, body-mind-soul harmony, a sense of overall health, joy, and wellbeing. Join Bianca on this journey deep within, let yourself remember who you really are and let that light shine bright. Note: Please were comfortable clothing, bring warm socks. A satisfied belly is optimal, not hungry but not to full ;-)

Would you like to learn more about subtle energy?
We all know that everything is energy, the furniture in our apartment, the trees in the forest, the stones in the stream, the food on the table, our bodies, right down to our thoughts.
If we can perceive these energies, understand them better, and are in harmony with them, we will build a much more harmonious and balanced relationship with ourselves, with our fellow human beings, and with our world.
In this workshop we will get to know various exercises to train our perception of energies.
Openness to try something new, trust in yourself, let go of your ego and your mind are a few requirements that you should bring with you to participate in these workshops.
No physical yoga asanas are practiced.
