Ticket Refunds

In the event that the festival is canceled due to Covid-19, we will of course reimburse you in full for the ticket costs.

Mats / yoga set

If possible, bring your own yoga mat.

A yoga set can be rented for CHF 15.- upon registration (limited number). The set includes:

- 1x yoga mat

-1x yoga belt

-2x yoga blocks

-1x yoga bag

The bag can be picked up after check-in at the beyondyoga stand by entering it in a list. The “tenant” is responsible for having his personal material with him during his entire stay at the festival. Reserve your set HERE .

Level

The program offers suitable courses for beginners as well as experts. We would be happy to advise you on site.

Take long-sleeved dresses with you!

Also as part of our protection concept, we will ventilate the course rooms well on a regular basis. Take long-sleeved clothes with you, as it may get a little cooler. Thank you for your understanding.

Number of course places

We only sell as many tickets as there are places on the course. Everyone with a ticket has a place on the course for sure. However, we cannot guarantee that the course you want can be attended.

Mask requirement

A mask is required outside of yoga lessons. Please adhere to the protection recommendations listed on our website ( www.yogameetsweggis.ch/corona ). Thank you very much for your commitment in this matter.

Parkplätze

Es stehen Ihnen neben dem Hotel Rigi ca. 30 gebührenpflichtige öffentliche Parkplätze (Unterdorf) zur Verfügung. Weitere Parkmöglichkeiten findest du beim Hallenbad/Lido.

2020 program

& Reservation

The reservation tool is now available for you at www.programm.yogameetsweggis.ch . To log in for the first time, click on the three bars in the top left and then on «Login». In the new window, press the toggle button in the lower left corner to register. You will now be asked to enter your ticket no. (see number under “Order” on your festival ticket) and enter your email address and password. Then click on «Register».

Now you can put together your own personal festival program. To do this, click on the relevant course and in the window that appears at the bottom on «Reserve». Your place in the course is now reserved. By clicking on «Cancel reservation», the course place is released again. By clicking on the three bars at the top left and on «Reservations», you can always view all of the courses for which you have registered. You can also conveniently download it on the far right by clicking on the PDF symbol and save it on your mobile phone or print it out for the festival. Please note that it can take 24 hours after purchasing your ticket before you can register in the tool. Thank you for your understanding.
