Nico invites you for a unique yoga experience directly at the Lake of Luzern. The Hotel Vitznauerhof is situated at the shore of the lake, surrounded by beautiful and powerful nature in the back protected from Mount Rigi. The program for this retreat has a strong foundation in Meditation, Pranayama and Asana infused by eastern Philosophy & Spirituality. We start every morning with a dynamic asana practice Vinyasa style designed to refine the bio-mechanical actions to establish a strong foundation, powerful core integration and unique individual expression in each pose. The late afternoon asana session will be Yin & Restorative yoga to calm the mind and relax the body. Discover the powerful nature with some hiking, indulge a moment at the SPA and treat yourself for a view days of powerful yoga practices, delicious meals, moments with like-minded people, surrounded by the awesome landscape of the "Vierwaldstättersee."

Nico Luce
As an avid story teller, philosopher, traveler and mover, Nico has spent much of his life in pursuit of the extra ordinary. From intrepid travels through India, acting stints and a successful yoga studio ownership, Nico has spent much of his life seeking a way to live fully, with more vibrancy, and to embrace this life with each breath, one breath at a time. Nico is a 500 hour certified yogi and international trainer who has been teaching yoga since 2003. His love for Eastern philosophy, spirituality and anatomy are all weaved skilfully into his teaching. His style is eclectic, drawing on his study with some of the top teachers in Hatha, Anusara, Vinyasa, Yin and Power Yoga and Pilates. By bringing to life the ancient teachings of yoga, Nico's goal is to take you on a powerful transformational journey which will have you seeking the answers to your questions and challenging the way you view your life. Inviting you to look inside, to never stop asking the questions and to be brave, to remain open, to take a chance on yourself. Hotel Vitznauerhof
The listed Art Nouveau 4-star Hotel Vitznauerhof is located in the heart of Central Switzerland, directly on Lake Lucerne and at the foot of the Rigi. Built in 1901 as the Seehotel Vitznauerhof, it offered luxurious accommodation in a class of its own to many famous personalities of the time. Exactly one century after its opening, the magnificent house has been carefully restored. Since summer 2018, the Vitznauerhof has been thrilling guests under the new management of host Raphael Herzog. An ideal place for an energetic weekend.
