Mini Retreat: Yoga & Running
Start the spring motivated with regular running training.
Do you love nature and always like to lace up your running shoes? Are you familiar with yoga and meditation? Are you open to discovering new things?
Find the balance between exertion and relaxation. The ideal combination of muscle strength and flexibility minimizes the risk of injury, and yoga and meditation elements help you sharpen your mental focus and improve your breathing.
You can expect a varied program with two running units combined with yoga and new elements for conscious and easy running.
Experience impulses for more mindfulness and awareness that accompany you when running and on the yoga mat, but also in your daily life. The weekend is rounded off with relaxing moments and relaxation in the mineral bath on Rigi Kaltbad with a wonderful view of the mountain and lake landscape that is at your feet.

Ursina Badilatti
Ursina Badilatti is a yoga teacher and a passionate endurance athlete. She wore the colors of Switzerland in cross-country skiing for over 10 years. Through her contagious and radiant nature, she motivates people to go through life more actively, more mindfully and consciously. Ursina Badilatti teaches Forrest Yoga, a physically intense and vitalizing yoga style based on Hatha Yoga.
