15:00 - 17:00
Céline has been studying and sharing yoga for more then twenty years. She’s an advanced certified Jivamukti yoga teacher, nutrition and holistic health coach, and founder of the former Dayayoga Bern studio. Céline has been part of several teacher training courses and is a mentor to many teachers. Her personal sadhana is the base and inspiration for her teaching. Asana, pranayama, mantra meditation, kirtan and the study of the ancient yogic texts are her daily practice and anchor in a busy and often chaotic life as a mother of three children. Céline conveys the yoga teachings in a relatable and practical way, is known for her creative but balanced sequencing, her love for chanting, and her healing hands. Her intention when teaching is to support and serve students on their journey, and to inspire them to connect with their inner wisdom and reach beyond perceived limitations.
The lesson take place in German.

A holistic practice that integrates different aspects of yoga to balance one’s energy and nervous system. The yogis knew about the thousands of energetic channels that flow through our subtle body and they learned how to purify and balance them so that the body would be healthy, the mind serene and the consciousness elevated. Of all these channels three are especially important, the central channel called shushumna and the two channels spiraling around it – the sun channel (ha) and the moon channel (tha). The goal of the hatha yoga practices is the union of the sun and the moon, the state where the self realizes it’s true nature beyond duality. This practice is a journey from the sun to the moon, from activity to receptivity, from fiery flows to cooling longer holds…guiding us towards centeredness and moments of deep rest.
