With future-self.ch, she has created a new concept that approaches healing and self-development through both classical and alternative therapy and coaching methods.
A Yang to Yin Yoga journey open to all levels, integrating alignment, nervous system regulation, and psychosomatic depth—guided by the breath from activation into embodied stillness. The Yang part builds strength, stability, and focus through precise, alignment-based movement. The Yin part invites slowing down into longer-held postures to support release, regulation, and deeper embodied awareness. To support your practice, please bring a yoga block and a strap if available. Arrive in your body and let the breath guide you.

Manifest, Align & Groove Consciously bringing the festival day to a close. A day full of movement, encounters, and impressions sets many things in motion: thoughts, emotions, energy. This evening workshop creates space to process all of this, let go of the old, and invite in the new. We begin with groove, the simplest dance concept in the world. Groove cannot be put into words—groove is felt. It is more than dancing to music: it is a new, almost magical experience with yourself and your body. Completely at one with yourself and at the same time carried by the energy of the group, it is the perfect mixture of personal space and connectedness. After this dance momentum, Michelle gently guides you into a heart meditation with regulating breathing, in which you can find inner peace, clarity, and calm.

18:30 - 20:30
Natalija Fallocca
Zürich Switzerland & Mallorca Spain
August 30, 2026
09:00 - 11:00
Natalija has been practicing yoga daily since 2007—and this dedication has had a profound impact on her life and teaching. Her classes are rooted in her own consistent practice: powerful, nourishing, and precise. She combines anatomical awareness with dynamic movement and moments of stillness. With a balanced mix of yin and yang elements, her classes are designed to ground, energize, and lead to a deeper connection with oneself. She often hears that people in her classes feel safe, seen, and challenged at the same time—not because she pushes them, but because she believes in their ability to go deeper with support. She teaches from lived experience, not from a trend. With her, there is clarity without rigidity, depth without heaviness, and structure without pressure—and yes, probably a laugh or two along the way. If you are looking for a genuine, grounded, and heartfelt practice that fits into a real, full, and sometimes chaotic life, then you have come to the right place. Her love for yoga began almost 20 years ago, the moment she first arrived in India. It was a turning point: it touched something deep within her and sparked a flame that still burns today. The magic and sense of connection she experienced there live on in her teaching, which she offers with warmth, presence, and clarity.
Meridian Based Hatha Yoga meets Organ Toning - a practice that goes far beyond traditional asana. Through conscious movement, myofascial meridian stretches, and breath, we stimulate the energy channels and invite stuck energy to move again. Specific healing sounds and vibrations support the organs from within - creating a deeply regulating, grounding and revitalizing experience for body and nervous system.

Sandra Marti
Zürich, Switzerland
August 30, 2026
12:30-14:30
Sandra invites you to experience yoga as a path of connection, presence, and transformation. Rooted in years of dedicated practice and inspired by her travels to Asia, her teaching blends elements of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Jivamukti, and Yin Yoga. Her classes are mindful, breath-led, and both grounding and invigorating—a balance of strength and softness. With a warm and authentic approach, she creates a space where everyone can reconnect more deeply with themselves. Sandra is an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) and teaches in English, German, and Swiss German. She offers group and private classes as well as yoga retreats and training programs—all with great intention, heart, and a genuine passion for sharing yoga as a way of life.
Integration – Coming Home to Yourself This closing practice invites you to slow down, integrate, and come home to yourself. After two days of movement, learning, and connection, we gather in the grounding energy of late summer and the Earth element - connecting to stability, nourishment, and inner balance. Through a gentle, breath-led flow, moments of stillness, and deep rest, the body and mind are given space to absorb and settle. Mindful breathing practices and a guided chakra meditation support nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and the integration of the festival experience. Framed by the lake and mountains, this session offers space to land, soften, and carry the essence of this gathering with you - on and beyond the mat. The class concludes with deep relaxation.
