Michelle is an author, coach, and mentor for personal development and has training in life coaching, emotional process work, trauma-sensitive methods, meditation techniques, The World Groove Movement, breathwork, and somatic work. Manifest, Align & Groove Consciously bringing the festival day to a close. A day full of movement, encounters, and impressions sets many things in motion: thoughts, emotions, energy. This evening workshop creates space to process all of this, let go of the old, and invite in the new. We begin with groove, the simplest dance concept in the world. Groove cannot be put into words—groove is felt. It is more than dancing to music: it is a new, almost magical experience with yourself and your body. Completely at one with yourself and at the same time carried by the energy of the group, it is the perfect mixture of personal space and connectedness. After this dance momentum, Michelle gently guides you into a heart meditation with regulating breathing, in which you can find inner peace, clarity, and calm.
Natalija Fallocca
Zürich Switzerland & Mallorca Spain
August 30, 2026
09:00 - 11:00
Natalija has been practicing yoga daily since 2007—and this dedication has had a profound impact on her life and teaching. Her classes are rooted in her own consistent practice: powerful, nourishing, and precise. She combines anatomical awareness with dynamic movement and moments of stillness. With a balanced mix of yin and yang elements, her classes are designed to ground, energize, and lead to a deeper connection with oneself. She often hears that people in her classes feel safe, seen, and challenged at the same time—not because she pushes them, but because she believes in their ability to go deeper with support. She teaches from lived experience, not from a trend. With her, there is clarity without rigidity, depth without heaviness, and structure without pressure—and yes, probably a laugh or two along the way. If you are looking for a genuine, grounded, and heartfelt practice that fits into a real, full, and sometimes chaotic life, then you have come to the right place. Her love for yoga began almost 20 years ago, the moment she first arrived in India. It was a turning point: it touched something deep within her and sparked a flame that still burns today. The magic and sense of connection she experienced there live on in her teaching, which she offers with warmth, presence, and clarity.
Meridian Based Hatha Yoga meets Organ Toning - a practice that goes far beyond traditional asana. Through conscious movement, myofascial meridian stretches, and breath, we stimulate the energy channels and invite stuck energy to move again. Specific healing sounds and vibrations support the organs from within - creating a deeply regulating, grounding and revitalizing experience for body and nervous system.

Sandra Marti
Zürich, Switzerland
August 30, 2026
12:30-14:30
Sandra understands yoga as a way of living and a lifelong journey of self-discovery. Each practice offers a subtle shift—both within ourselves and in how we relate to the world. For Sandra, yoga is a state of deep connection and inner peace, a place where union and love become the foundation for personal and collective transformation. Sharing from the heart, she passes on the teachings she has absorbed over many years of dedicated practice and study. Her training spans a wide range of styles, with a strong focus on Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Jivamukti, and Yin Yoga. Frequent travels to Asia have enriched and deepened her own practice, bringing fresh insights and inspiration. Sandra’s classes are nourishing, strengthening, balancing, and calming—flowing mindfully and guided by the breath. She is an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500, YACEP), and teaches in English, German, and Swiss German, offering both individual and group classes as well as thoughtfully curated retreats.
Details about the workshop will be available soon.
