Ursina is a yoga instructor and passionate endurance athlete. She was a member of Switzerland’s cross-country ski team for more than 10 years. Her infectious enthusiasm motivates her students to more actively, more attentively and consciously engage with life. Ursina Badilatti champions Forrest Yoga, a physically intense, invigorating hatha-based yoga style.

Forrest Yoga: Become your best friend
Under the motto: "Become your best friend! We are often the biggest enemies of ourselves. In this Yoga class we learn to connect with our inner voice and to listen to it. We build a compassionate and mindful relationship with ourselves. The Yoga exercises - which focus on the abdomen and the heart area - support us in this process.

"Anima sana in corpore sana." Moving the body is not enough to live in balance and health. Our attitude, our thoughts and feelings are just as important. We approach jogging, ourselves and nature with a mindful attitude. In this class you can expect a varied program with guided meditations, jogging and yoga exercises especially designed for runners.
If the weather is fine, the whole program takes place outside. Bring your jogging shoes.
Level: you should be able to run for 30 minutes at a time. No advanced level necessaryJ.
